Anti-corruption

In the past, it was believed that corruption was exclusive to the public sector; however, nowadays there are regulations applicable to criminal, civil and administrative liabilities to private companies for committing any act related with corruption.

To reduce risks related with corruption, companies must establish measures to identify, prevent, eliminate, and sanction any activity that could be related to acts of corruption.

This will shall improve the image and positioning of the company, as well as its brand; it will shall also allow corporations that implement anti-corruption policies to be susceptible to participate in public and private tenders, increasing their profitability and generating a culture of compliance within the organization.
