Our labor litigation area can handle individual and collective litigation before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, Labor Courts, District Courts and/or Collegiate Circuit Courts.

Our team is constantly training to learn and adapt to new guidelines to develop the best strategy for our clients. Some of the activities we carry out are the following:

Attention to summons before labor authorities; preparation and preparation of various writings such as answers to the claim, evidence, incidents, among others, to present an adequate defense.
